Guests not receiving or being able to locate their confirmation email is probably our most commonly asked question.  Please ensure you add info@frisking-the-whiskers.co.uk to your address book so our communications can get through.


Please note:  You are only on our mailing list if you have subscribed or opted to be added via your booking.  If you do not want updates, please simply opt to unsubscribe when you receive an email.

What is included in the ticket price?


The price stated is for your chalet (on a half board basis) and event passes for those staying in that chalet. 

For example - if you choose a 2 Bedroom apartment for 2 people, the price is for accommodation, entertainment, breakfast and evening meal for 2 people.

What time is check in / check out?

Check in for rooms is from 4PM on Friday 12th April 

(although we shall have a bar open from 1pm with music playing in The Cats' Corner)
Check out from your rooms is at 10AM on Monday 15th April

What can I expect in terms of accommodation and what is in the chalets?

​

BED LINEN is provided. 

TOWELS are provided (It may be best to bring your own if you want to go for a swim in the pool or sea!) 

ELECTRICITY is free of charge

​

ALL chalets have a toilet, basin & shower.  Some will also have a bath.

There are also a small number of chalets with wet room style shower facilities, for those who have require more accessible accommodation.

​

Within each chalet there will be: Toaster, Kettle, Microwave, Fridge (these vary in size)
 

*NOTE:  IRONING BOARDS AND IRONS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE IN A COMMUNAL AREA (will be detailed in programme)*
 

What is your amendment & cancellation policy?

​

(Our cancellation policy is also available whilst making your booking).
 

ONLY THE PERSON MAKING THE BOOKING CAN REQUEST FOR IT TO BE AMENDED OR CANCELLED.

​

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the line up / acts may need to be changed without prior notice. We shall do our best to arrange suitable replacement acts if this is the case.

​

Cancellations before 15th October 2023 will receive a refund, less £35 per person.

Cancellations between 15th October 2023 and 15th January 2024 will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations after 15th January 2024 will not receive a refund.

*NOTE:  WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU PURCHASE APPROPRIATE INSURANCE TO COVER THE COST OF YOUR TICKETS, SHOULD YOU BE UNABLE TO ATTEND FOR ANY REASON*

Is food included?

​

Breakfast & Evening Meals are included.

​

Food will be served at set times in the morning and evening (these will be detailed in the programme).

Meals will be self-service with hot/cold options and a salad bar.

​

Please ensure you notify us of any dietary requirements or allergies when you book.  This information is passed to the catering team to ensure your needs are met.

There is a small café on site, where you can purchase lunch, snacks, tea, coffee, and soft drinks.

Can I arrive on the Thursday night?

 

If you wish to arrive on the Thursday, please email info@frisking-the-whiskers.co.uk for a discount code. 
Please note - any entertainment on the Thursday will be provided by Pontins.

When will you release the timetable for the event?

 

This will be issued in the programme that each guest will receive when they check in.
For information:  Classes will be held on Saturday & Sunday, starting at 10:00AM

The main Entertainment starts at 9:00PM on Friday night.
 

General Information

​

You will have use of the Swimming Pool and Sauna.  This will be open at set times each day (decided by Pontins).

​

There is a small Convenience Store on site.

There are cash machines on site.

​

There are large Supermarkets (Morrisons & Aldi) and Petrol Station, with cash machines, a short walk/drive from the venue.

​
