- CANCELLATION POLICY:
COVID: If the Government advises that mass gatherings cannot go ahead, Pontins have agreed to issue a refund, which I can then pass back to you. This will ONLY be if we are told we cannot run the event. If individuals choose not to come, the same Cancellation Policy applies, as follows:
Cancellations before 15th October 2021 will receive a refund, less £35 per person.
Cancellations between 15th October 2021 and 15th January 2022 will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations after 15th January 2022 will not receive a refund.
